Ordering a packet

Put the packet name (or "Bundle" / "Full Library") in the subject line and tell us in the body which packets you want — the full contents list is on the packets page and prices on the pricing page. We reply with a secure payment link; when payment clears we deliver your packet as a PDF in the same thread. To ask for the free Starter Packet, just ask — subject line "Starter Packet" is enough.

Support and refunds

Delivery problem, a file that will not open, or a packet that was not right for you: email from the address you ordered with, name the packet, and say what happened. Refund requests inside the 30-day guarantee need nothing more than that — no forms, ironically, and no argument.

Corrections and suggestions

Spotted a form that changed, a deadline that moved, or a step our guides get wrong for your state? We want to know — reader corrections are a real input to new editions, and owners of the affected packet receive the corrected edition free. Packet requests are welcome too: the catalog grows from the paperwork jobs readers ask for most.

Professional and bulk licensing

Realtors, property managers, HR teams, schools and advisors who want to supply packets to their own clients: email with "Licensing" in the subject line and tell us the packet, the audience, and roughly how many people. Personal purchases are for your own household or business use; client supply is a separate, inexpensive license described in the FAQ.

Privacy requests

To ask what personal information we hold about you (in practice: the emails you have sent us and your order records) or to have it deleted, email from the relevant address with "Privacy" in the subject line. The privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
