Packets are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no account, and no upsell waiting at checkout. Every price below includes the complete packet as a print-ready PDF delivered by email, plus free lifetime updates: when we improve a packet, everyone who owns it receives the new edition at no charge.

How ordering works
We sell directly, the simple way. Email your order — which packet or bundle you want — from the contact page. We reply, usually within one business day, with a secure payment link. When payment clears, your packet arrives in the same email thread as a PDF attachment, ready to print. Your email address is used for the order and the delivery, and for update editions of packets you own; nothing else. Our privacy policy spells this out.
The 30-day guarantee
If a packet is not what you expected — wrong depth, wrong fit, forms you did not need — email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. We would rather refund a packet than have it sit unused in a drawer; the guarantee is also what keeps our contents pages honest. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Why packets cost what they cost
A single missed piece of paperwork is expensive: a disputed security deposit averages weeks of income for a small landlord; a lapsed license or missed enrollment deadline costs real money and real stress. Each Packets Pro packet represents dozens of hours of research, sequencing and plain-language briefing-writing, checked against the actual forms and calendars involved. Twelve dollars buys back the evenings you would otherwise spend hunting forms across government websites — and the free guides and starter packet mean you can judge our work thoroughly before paying anything at all.
What a packet is not
Packets are organizational tools and general-information templates. They are not legal, tax, medical or financial advice, and they do not replace an attorney, accountant or licensed professional for decisions specific to your situation.
