1. The short version

Packets Pro is a content and digital-products site. We do not run user accounts, we do not operate a checkout on this site, and we never see the documents you create with our packets — those exist on your paper and your computer, not ours. The personal information we handle is limited to emails you send us, order records, standard hosting logs, and cookies as described below.

2. Data we handle

Email and orders. If you contact us or order a packet, we receive the name, email address and message you send, plus the order record (packet purchased, date, amount, delivery address email). We use this only to respond, to deliver and support your purchase, to send update editions of packets you own, and for ordinary business and tax records. We do not sell this information and we do not add order emails to marketing lists.

Log data. Like most websites, our hosting records standard log data for page requests — such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and date and time — used for security, abuse prevention and basic operation.

Cookies. We and our advertising partner use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy and in the advertising disclosure in section 3 of this policy.
